Refund policy

How you pay

You go live free for 30 days with your card saved. On day 30 we charge once for setup and your first year. Then it's $49 a year, from one year after that charge, until you cancel. We email you 5 days before day 30 and about 30 days before each renewal.

Picked "When I switch"? Your 30 free days start the day you tap "I switched my Order button", or April 30, 2027 at the latest. Nothing is charged before day 30 of that.

7-day refund

Full refund within 7 days of any charge, the first one or a renewal, if you've taken fewer than 10 orders on your link since that charge. Email us and we refund the full amount of that charge.

Cancel online any time

Cancel on your private link in one tap, or by email. Cancel before day 30 and you're never charged. Cancel later and nothing more is charged: your link takes orders to the end of the year you paid for.

How

Email support@fullroomhq.com with the email you paid with. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and take 5 to 10 business days to show.

What we cannot refund

A charge more than 7 days old, or one after which 10 or more orders came through your link. Diners pay you at pickup, so we hold no diner money and can't refund a diner's order: that's between you and them.
